The Muffler Shop is staffed by ten technicians, all of whom are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. The staff is supported by two full-time service managers, including Manager Steve Holmes, who has been with us for 26 years and has achieved the rating of Advanced Master Technician. We are also fortunate to have 2 other Advanced Level ASE Specialists on staff.

Our technicians are not paid on a commission or flat rate basis, so there is never a question concerning estimates for work necessary to keep your car in good mechanical condition.
