The Muffler Shop is staffed by ten technicians, all of whom are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. The staff is supported by two full-time service managers, including Manager Steve Holmes, who has been with us for 27 years and has achieved the rating of Advanced Master Technician. We are a Parts Plus Car Care Center. Parts Plus backs us with a 12 month/12,000 mile North American Parts and Labor Warranty. When consumers are within 25 miles of the original Car Care Center, they return to that facility for warranty repairs. When consumers are more than 25 miles from the original Car Care Center, they call a toll-free number and are referred to a participating location for warranty repair.
