Our Staff
The Muffler Shop is staffed by ten technicians, all of whom are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. The staff is supported by two full-time service managers, including Manager Steve Holmes, who has been with us for 24 years and has achieved the rating of Advanced Master Technician. We are also fortunate to have another Advanced Master Technician on staff as well.
*Our technicians are not paid on a commission or flat rate basis, so there is never a question concerning estimates for work necessary to keep your car in good mechanical condition.
